Rapporté par Anas : Pendant que le Prophète (ﷺ) était dans la maison de l'une de ses femmes, l'une des mères des croyants a envoyé un plat avec un repas. La femme chez qui le Prophète (ﷺ) se trouvait a frappé la main de la servante, faisant tomber et casser le plat. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a ramassé les morceaux cassés et a commencé à rassembler dessus la nourriture qui s'y trouvait, puis il a dit : « Ta mère (ma femme) a été jalouse. » Ensuite, il a retenu la servante jusqu'à ce qu'un plat en bon état soit apporté par la femme chez qui il était. Il a donné ce plat à la femme dont le plat avait été cassé et a gardé le plat cassé dans la maison où il avait été brisé

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عِنْدَ بَعْضِ نِسَائِهِ فَأَرْسَلَتْ إِحْدَى أُمَّهَاتِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ بِصَحْفَةٍ فِيهَا طَعَامٌ، فَضَرَبَتِ الَّتِي النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي بَيْتِهَا يَدَ الْخَادِمِ فَسَقَطَتِ الصَّحْفَةُ فَانْفَلَقَتْ، فَجَمَعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِلَقَ الصَّحْفَةِ، ثُمَّ جَعَلَ يَجْمَعُ فِيهَا الطَّعَامَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي الصَّحْفَةِ وَيَقُولُ " غَارَتْ أُمُّكُمْ "، ثُمَّ حَبَسَ الْخَادِمَ حَتَّى أُتِيَ بِصَحْفَةٍ مِنْ عِنْدِ الَّتِي هُوَ فِي بَيْتِهَا، فَدَفَعَ الصَّحْفَةَ الصَّحِيحَةَ إِلَى الَّتِي كُسِرَتْ صَحْفَتُهَا، وَأَمْسَكَ الْمَكْسُورَةَ فِي بَيْتِ الَّتِي كَسَرَتْ فِيه.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:While the Prophet (ﷺ) was in the house of one of his wives, one of the mothers of the believers sent a meal in a dish. The wife at whose house the Prophet (ﷺ) was, struck the hand of the servant, causing the dish to fall and break. The Prophet (ﷺ) gathered the broken pieces of the dish and then started collecting on them the food which had been in the dish and said, "Your mother (my wife) felt jealous." Then he detained the servant till a (sound) dish was brought from the wife at whose house he was. He gave the sound dish to the wife whose dish had been broken and kept the broken one at the house where it had been broken

ہم سے علی بن عبداللہ مدینی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے اسماعیل بن علیہ نے، ان سے حمید نے، ان سے انس نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اپنی ایک زوجہ ( عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا ) کے یہاں تشریف رکھتے تھے۔ اس وقت ایک زوجہ ( زینب بنت جحش رضی اللہ عنہا ) نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے ایک پیالے میں کچھ کھانے کی چیز بھیجی جن کے گھر میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس وقت تشریف رکھتے تھے۔ انہوں نے خادم کے ہاتھ پر ( غصہ میں ) مارا جس کی وجہ سے کٹورہ گر کر ٹوٹ گیا۔ پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کٹورا لے کر ٹکڑے جمع کئے اور جو کھانا اس برتن میں تھا اسے بھی جمع کرنے لگے اور ( خادم سے ) فرمایا کہ تمہاری ماں کو غیرت آ گئی ہے۔ اس کے بعد خادم کو روکے رکھا۔ آخر جن کے گھر میں وہ کٹورہ ٹوٹا تھا ان کی طرف سے نیا کٹورہ منگایا گیا اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے وہ نیا کٹورہ ان زوجہ مطہرہ کو واپس کیا جن کا کٹورہ توڑ دیا گیا تھا اور ٹوٹا ہوا کٹورہ ان کے یہاں رکھ لیا جن کے گھر میں وہ ٹوٹا تھا۔
