Hadith 5152 — Livre 67: Wedlock, Marriage (Nikaah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Il n’est pas permis à une femme (au moment du mariage) de demander le divorce de sa sœur (c’est-à-dire l’autre épouse de son futur mari) pour tout avoir pour elle seule, car elle ne recevra que ce qui lui a été destiné. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّاءَ ـ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ـ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَحِلُّ لاِمْرَأَةٍ تَسْأَلُ طَلاَقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَفْرِغَ صَحْفَتَهَا، فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا قُدِّرَ لَهَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "It is not lawful for a woman (at the time of wedding) to ask for the divorce of her sister (i.e. the other wife of her would-be husband) in order to have everything for herself, for she will take only what has been written for her
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبیداللہ بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا ان سے زکریا نے جو ابوزائدہ کے صاحبزادے ہیں، ان سے سعد بن ابراہیم نے، ان سے ابوسلمہ نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ کسی عورت کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ اپنی کسی ( سوکن ) بہن کی طلاق کی شرط اس لیے لگائے تاکہ اس کے حصہ کا پیالہ بھی خود انڈیل لے کیونکہ اسے وہی ملے گا جو اس کے مقدر میں ہو گا۔
