Hadith 5151 — Livre 67: Wedlock, Marriage (Nikaah)
كتاب النكاح
Rapporté par `Uqba : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Les engagements auxquels il faut le plus tenir sont ceux qui vous donnent le droit de profiter des parties intimes (c’est-à-dire les conditions du contrat de mariage). »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، هِشَامُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " أَحَقُّ مَا أَوْفَيْتُمْ مِنَ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Uqba:The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The stipulations most entitled to be abided by are those with which you are given the right to enjoy the (women's) private parts (i.e. the stipulations of the marriage contract)

ہم سے ابوالولید ہشام بن عبدالملک نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے لیث بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے یزید بن ابی حبیب نے، ان سے ابوالخیر اور ان سے عقبہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تمام شرطوں میں وہ شرطیں سب سے زیادہ پوری کی جانے کے لائق ہیں جن کے ذریعہ تم نے شرمگاہوں کو حلال کیا ہے۔ یعنی نکاح کی شرطیں ضرور پوری کرنی ہوں گی۔
