Rapporté par Ibn Juraij : `Ata' a dit : « Ibn `Abbas a dit : ‘Si quelqu’un (qui veut faire la `Umra) a fait le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba, son ihram est terminé.’ J’ai dit : ‘Quelle preuve Ibn `Abbas a-t-il pour dire cela ?’ `Ata' a dit : ‘(La preuve vient) de la parole d’Allah : — “Et ensuite ils sont amenés pour le sacrifice à la Maison ancienne (Ka`ba à La Mecque)” (22.33) et de l’ordre du Prophète à ses compagnons de finir leur ihram lors du pèlerinage d’adieu.’ J’ai dit (à `Ata') : ‘Cela (c’est-à-dire finir l’ihram) était après être venus d’Arafat.’ `Ata' a dit : ‘Ibn `Abbas l’autorisait avant d’aller à Arafat (après avoir terminé la `Umra) et après en revenir (c’est-à-dire après le Hajj).’ »

حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، إِذَا طَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَقَدْ حَلَّ. فَقُلْتُ مِنْ أَيْنَ قَالَ هَذَا ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ مِنْ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى {ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ} وَمِنْ أَمْرِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَصْحَابَهُ أَنْ يَحِلُّوا فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ. قُلْتُ إِنَّمَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ بَعْدَ الْمُعَرَّفِ. قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَرَاهُ قَبْلُ وَبَعْدُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn Juraij:`Ata' said, "Ibn `Abbas said, 'If he (i.e. the one intending to perform `Umra) has performed the Tawaf around the Ka`ba, his Ihram is considered to have finished.' I said, 'What proof does Ibn `Abbas has as to this saying?" `Ata' said, "(The proof is taken) from the Statement of Allah:-- "And afterwards they are brought For sacrifice unto Ancient House (Ka`ba at Mecca)" (22.33) and from the order of the Prophet to his companions to finish their Ihram during Hajjat-ul-Wada`." I said (to `Ata'), "That (i.e. finishing the Ihram) was after coming from `Arafat." `Ata' said, "Ibn `Abbas used to allow it before going to `Arafat (after finishing the `Umra) and after coming from it (i.e. after performing the Hajj)

مجھ سے عمرو بن علی فلاس نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید قطان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابن جریج نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے عطاء بن ابی رباح نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ ( عمرہ کرنے والا ) صرف بیت اللہ کے طواف سے حلال ہو سکتا ہے۔ ( ابن جریج نے کہا ) میں نے عطاء سے پوچھا کہ ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے یہ مسئلہ کہاں سے نکالا؟ انہوں نے بتایا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد «ثم محلها إلى البيت العتيق» ( سورۃ الحج ) سے اور نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے اس حکم کی وجہ سے جو آپ نے اپنے اصحاب کو حجۃ الوداع میں احرام کھول دینے کے لیے دیا تھا میں نے کہا کہ یہ حکم تو عرفات میں ٹھہرنے کے بعد کے لیے ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا لیکن ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کا یہ مذہب تھا کہ عرفات میں ٹھہرنے سے پہلے اور بعد ہر حال میں جب طواف کر لے تو احرام کھول ڈالنا درست ہے۔
