Rapporté par `Aisha : Nous sommes partis avec le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) lors du pèlerinage d’adieu et nous avons pris l’ihram pour la `Umra. Puis le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) nous a dit : « Celui qui a un animal à sacrifier doit prendre l’ihram pour le Hajj et la `Umra, et ne pas sortir de l’ihram avant d’avoir accompli les deux. » Je suis arrivée à La Mecque avec lui (c’est-à-dire le Prophète (ﷺ)) alors que j’avais mes règles, donc je n’ai pas fait le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba ni entre Safa et Marwa. J’ai informé le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) de cela et il m’a dit : « Dénoue tes tresses, peigne tes cheveux, puis prends l’ihram pour le Hajj et laisse la `Umra. » J’ai fait cela, et quand nous avons terminé le Hajj, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) m’a envoyée à at-Tan`im avec (mon frère) `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, pour accomplir la `Umra. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Cette `Umra remplace celle que tu as manquée. » Ceux qui avaient pris l’ihram pour la `Umra ont fait le Tawaf autour de la Ka`ba et entre Safa et Marwa, puis sont sortis de l’ihram, et à leur retour de Mina, ils ont fait un autre Tawaf (autour de la Ka`ba et entre Safa et Marwa), mais ceux qui ont combiné le Hajj et la `Umra n’ont fait qu’un seul Tawaf (entre Safa et Marwa) pour les deux

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ، فَأَهْلَلْنَا بِعُمْرَةٍ، ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْىٌ فَلْيُهْلِلْ بِالْحَجِّ مَعَ الْعُمْرَةِ، ثُمَّ لاَ يَحِلَّ حَتَّى يَحِلَّ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا ". فَقَدِمْتُ مَعَهُ مَكَّةَ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ، وَلَمْ أَطُفْ بِالْبَيْتِ وَلاَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، فَشَكَوْتُ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " انْقُضِي رَأْسَكِ، وَامْتَشِطِي وَأَهِلِّي بِالْحَجِّ وَدَعِي الْعُمْرَةَ ". فَفَعَلْتُ فَلَمَّا قَضَيْنَا الْحَجَّ أَرْسَلَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَعَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ إِلَى التَّنْعِيمِ فَاعْتَمَرْتُ فَقَالَ " هَذِهِ مَكَانَ عُمْرَتِكِ ". قَالَتْ فَطَافَ الَّذِينَ أَهَلُّوا بِالْعُمْرَةِ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ، ثُمَّ حَلُّوا، ثُمَّ طَافُوا طَوَافًا آخَرَ بَعْدَ أَنْ رَجَعُوا مِنْ مِنًى، وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ جَمَعُوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ فَإِنَّمَا طَافُوا طَوَافًا وَاحِدًا.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Aisha:We went out with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) during Hajjat-ul-Wada` and we assumed the Ihram for `Umra. Then Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to us, "Whoever has got the Hadi should assume the Ihram for Hajj and `Umra and should not finish his Ihram till he has performed both (`Umra and Hajj)." I arrived at Mecca along with him (i.e. the Prophet (ﷺ) ) while I was menstruating, so I did not perform the Tawaf around the Ka`ba or between Safa and Marwa. I informed Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about that and he said, "Undo your braids and comb your hair, and then assume the Ihram for Hajj and leave the `Umra." I did so, and when we performed and finished the Hajj, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent me to at-Tan`im along with (my brother) `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakr As-Siddiq, to perform the `Umra. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "This `Umra is in lieu of your missed `Umra." Those who had assumed the Ihram for `Umra, performed the Tawaf around the Ka`ba and between Safa and Marwa, and then finished their Ihram, and on their return from Mina, they performed another Tawaf (around the Ka`ba and between Safa and Marwa), but those who combined their Hajj and `Umra, performed only one Tawaf (between Safa and Marwa) (for both)

ہم سے اسماعیل بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ حجۃ الوداع کے موقع پر ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ روانہ ہوئے۔ ہم نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا تھا پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جس کے ساتھ ہدی ہو وہ عمرہ کے ساتھ حج کا بھی احرام باندھ لے اور جب تک دونوں کے ارکان نہ ادا کر لے احرام نہ کھولے۔ پھر میں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ جب مکہ آئی تو مجھ کو حیض آ گیا۔ اس لیے نہ بیت اللہ کا طواف کر سکی اور نہ صفا اور مروہ کی سعی کر سکی۔ میں نے اس کی شکایت آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ سر کھول لے اور کنگھا کر لے۔ اس کے بعد حج کا احرام باندھ لو اور عمرہ چھوڑ دو۔ میں نے ایسا ہی کیا۔ پھر جب ہم حج ادا کر چکے تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مجھے ( میرے بھائی ) عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکر رضی اللہ عنہما کے ساتھ تنعیم سے ( عمرہ کی ) نیت کرنے کے لیے بھیجا اور میں نے عمرہ کیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ یہ تمہارے اس چھوٹے ہوئے عمرہ کی قضاء ہے۔ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ جن لوگوں نے صرف عمرہ کا احرام باندھا تھا۔ انہوں نے بیت اللہ کے طواف اور صفا اور مروہ کی سعی کے بعد احرام کھول دیا۔ پھر منیٰ سے واپسی کے بعد انہوں نے دوسرا طواف ( حج کا ) کیا، لیکن جن لوگوں نے حج اور عمرہ دونوں کا احرام ایک ساتھ باندھا تھا، انہوں نے ایک ہی طواف کیا۔
