Rapporté par Um Khalid bint Khalid : Quand je suis venue d’Éthiopie (à Médine), j’étais une jeune fille. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) m’a fait porter un tissu avec des marques dessus. Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) frottait ces marques avec ses mains en disant : « Sanah ! Sanah ! » (c’est-à-dire : bien, bien)

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ السَّعِيدِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ خَالِدٍ بِنْتِ خَالِدٍ، قَالَتْ قَدِمْتُ مِنْ أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ وَأَنَا جُوَيْرِيَةٌ، فَكَسَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَمِيصَةً لَهَا أَعْلاَمٌ، فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَمْسَحُ الأَعْلاَمَ بِيَدِهِ وَيَقُولُ " سَنَاهْ، سَنَاهْ ". قَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ يَعْنِي حَسَنٌ حَسَنٌ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Um Khalid bint Khalid:When I came from Ethiopia (to Medina), I was a young girl. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) made me wear a sheet having marks on it. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was rubbing those marks with his hands saying, "Sanah! Sanah!" (i.e. good, good)
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے حمیدی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عیینہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے اسحاق بن سعید سعیدی نے بیان کیا۔ ان سے ان کے والد سعید بن عمرو بن سعید بن عاص نے، ان سے ام خالد بنت خالد رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ میں جب حبشہ سے آئی تو بہت کم عمر تھی۔ مجھے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک دھاری دار چادر عنایت فرمائی اور پھر آپ نے اس کی دھاریوں پر اپنا ہاتھ پھیر کر فرمایا «سناه، سناه .» ۔ حمیدی نے بیان کیا کہ «سناه، سناه .» حبشی زبان کا لفظ ہے یعنی اچھا اچھا۔
