Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : À l’époque préislamique, les gens faisaient du commerce avec la viande de chameau selon le principe du Habal-al-Habala, qui consistait à vendre une chamelle qui serait mise bas par une chamelle qui n’était pas encore née. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a interdit ce genre de transaction

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ كَانَ أَهْلُ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَتَبَايَعُونَ لُحُومَ الْجَزُورِ إِلَى حَبَلِ الْحَبَلَةِ، قَالَ وَحَبَلُ الْحَبَلَةِ أَنْ تُنْتَجَ النَّاقَةُ مَا فِي بَطْنِهَا، ثُمَّ تَحْمِلَ الَّتِي نُتِجَتْ، فَنَهَاهُمُ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ذَلِكَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:In the pre-Islamic period of ignorance the people used to bargain with the meat of camels on the principle of Habal-al-Habala which meant the sale of a she-camel that would be born by a she-camel that had not yet been born. The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade them such a transaction
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبیداللہ نے کہا، مجھ کو نافع نے خبر دی اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ زمانہ جاہلیت کے لوگ «حبل الحبلة» تک قیمت کی ادائیگی کے وعدہ پر، اونٹ کا گوشت ادھار بیچا کرتے تھے۔ عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ «حبل الحبلة» کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ کوئی حاملہ اونٹنی اپنا بچہ جنے پھر وہ نوزائیدہ بچہ ( بڑھ کر ) حاملہ ہو، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس طرح کی خرید و فروخت ممنوع قرار دے دی تھی۔
