Hadith 3791 — Livre 63: Merits of the Helpers in Madinah (Ansaar)
كتاب مناقب الأنصار
Rapporté par Abu Humaid : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Les meilleures familles des Ansar sont celles des Banu An-Najjar, puis celles des Banu `Abdul Ash-hal, ensuite celles des Banu Al-Harith, et enfin celles des Banu Saida. Mais il y a du bien dans toutes les familles des Ansar. » Sa`d bin 'Ubada nous a suivis et a dit : « Ô Abu Usaid ! Tu ne vois pas que le Prophète (ﷺ) a fait une comparaison entre les Ansar et nous a placés les derniers ? » Puis Sa`d a rencontré le Prophète (ﷺ) et lui a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! En comparant les familles des Ansar, tu nous as mis en dernier. » Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a répondu : « N’est-ce pas suffisant d’être considérés parmi les meilleurs ? »

حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ يَحْيَى، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ سَهْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ خَيْرَ دُورِ الأَنْصَارِ دَارُ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ، ثُمَّ عَبْدِ الأَشْهَلِ، ثُمَّ دَارُ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ، ثُمَّ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ، وَفِي كُلِّ دُورِ الأَنْصَارِ خَيْرٌ ". فَلَحِقْنَا سَعْدَ بْنَ عُبَادَةَ فَقَالَ أَبَا أُسَيْدٍ أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَيَّرَ الأَنْصَارَ فَجَعَلَنَا أَخِيرًا فَأَدْرَكَ سَعْدٌ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، خُيِّرَ دُورُ الأَنْصَارِ فَجُعِلْنَا آخِرًا. فَقَالَ " أَوَلَيْسَ بِحَسْبِكُمْ أَنْ تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْخِيَارِ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Humaid:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best of the Ansar families (homes) are the families (homes) of Banu An- Najjar, and then that of Banu `Abdul Ash-hal, and then that of Banu Al-Harith, and then that of Banu Saida; and there is good in all the families (homes) of the Ansar." Sa`d bin 'Ubada followed us and said, "O Abu Usaid ! Don't you see that the Prophet (ﷺ) compared the Ansar and made us the last of them in superiority? Then Sa`d met the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! In comparing the Ansar's families (homes) as to the degree of superiority, you have made us the last of them." Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) replied, "Isn't it sufficient that you are regarded amongst the best?

ہم سے خالد بن مخلد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے عمرو بن یحییٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عباس بن سہل نے اور ان سے ابو حمید ساعدی نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”انصار کا سب سے بہترین گھرانہ بنو نجار کا گھرانہ ہے پھر بنو عبدالاشھل کا پھر بنی حارث کا، پھر بنی ساعدہ کا اور انصار کے تمام گھرانوں میں خیر ہے۔ پھر ہماری ملاقات سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ہوئی تو وہ ابواسید رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہنے لگے تمہیں معلوم نہیں آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انصار کے بہترین گھرانوں کی تعریف کی اور ہمیں ( بنو ساعدہ ) کو سب سے اخیر میں رکھا تو سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور انہوں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! انصار کے سب سے بہترین خاندانوں کا بیان ہوا اور ہم سب سے اخیر میں کر دیئے گئے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کیا تمہارے لیے کافی نہیں کہ تمہارا خاندان بھی بہترین خاندان ہے۔
