كتاب فضائل أصحاب النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par `Urwa : Aisha a dit : « Un Qaif (c’est-à-dire une personne experte pour reconnaître la lignée d’une personne grâce à la physionomie et à l’observation des membres d’un enfant) est venu me voir alors que le Prophète (ﷺ) était présent, et Usama bin Zaid et Zaid bin Haritha étaient allongés en train de dormir. Le Qaif a dit : Ces pieds (d’Usama et de son père) appartiennent à des personnes de la même lignée. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) a été content de cette remarque qui lui a beaucoup plu, et il en a parlé à Aisha

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ قَزَعَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ دَخَلَ عَلَىَّ قَائِفٌ وَالنَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم شَاهِدٌ، وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَزَيْدُ بْنُ حَارِثَةَ مُضْطَجِعَانِ، فَقَالَ إِنَّ هَذِهِ الأَقْدَامَ بَعْضُهَا مِنْ بَعْضٍ. قَالَ فَسُرَّ بِذَلِكَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَأَعْجَبَهُ، فَأَخْبَرَ بِهِ عَائِشَةَ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Urwa:Aisha said, "A Qaif (i.e. one skilled in recognizing the lineage of a person through Physiognomy and through examining the body parts of an infant) came to me while the Prophet (ﷺ) was present, and Usama bin Zaid and Zaid bin Haritha were Lying asleep. The Qa'if said. These feet (of Usama and his father) are of persons belonging to the same lineage.' " The Prophet (ﷺ) was pleased with that saying which won his admiration, and he told `Aisha of it
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے یحییٰ بن قزعہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابراہیم بن سعد نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے عروہ نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ ایک قیافہ شناس میرے یہاں آیا۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس وقت وہیں تشریف رکھتے تھے اور اسامہ بن زید اور زید بن حارثہ ( ایک چادر میں ) لیٹے ہوئے تھے۔ ( منہ اور جسم کا سارا حصہ قدموں کے سوا چھپا ہوا تھا ) اس قیافہ شناس نے کہا کہ یہ پاؤں بعض، بعض سے نکلے ہوئے معلوم ہوتے ہیں۔ ( یعنی باپ بیٹے کے ہیں ) قیافہ شناس نے پھر بتایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس کے اس اندازہ پر بہت خوش ہوئے اور پھر آپ نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے بھی یہ واقعہ بیان فرمایا۔
