Rapporté par Anas : Deux hommes parmi les compagnons du Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) sont sortis de la maison du Prophète (ﷺ) une nuit très sombre. Ils étaient accompagnés de deux choses ressemblant à des lampes qui éclairaient leur chemin devant eux, et quand ils se sont séparés, chacun d’eux était accompagné de l’une de ces deux choses (lampes) jusqu’à ce qu’ils arrivent chez eux

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم خَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُظْلِمَةٍ وَمَعَهُمَا مِثْلُ الْمِصْبَاحَيْنِ، يُضِيآنِ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمَا، فَلَمَّا افْتَرَقَا صَارَ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا وَاحِدٌ حَتَّى أَتَى أَهْلَهُ.
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Anas:Once two men from the companions of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) went out of the house of the Prophet (ﷺ) on a very dark night. They were accompanied by two things that resembled two lamps lighting the way in front of them, and when they parted, each of them was accompanied by one of those two things (lamps) till they reached their homes

مجھ سے محمد بن مثنیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معاذ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے میرے والد نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے دو صحابی ( اسید بن حضیر اور عباد بن بشر رضی اللہ عنہما ) اٹھ کر ( اپنے گھر ) واپس ہوئے۔ رات اندھیری تھی لیکن دو چراغ کی طرح کی کوئی چیز ان کے آگے روشنی کرتی جاتی تھیں۔ پھر جب یہ دونوں ( راستے میں، اپنے اپنے گھر کی طرف جانے کے لیے ) جدا ہوئے تو وہ چیز دونوں کے ساتھ الگ الگ ہو گئی اور اس طرح وہ اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس پہنچ گئے۔
