حَدَّثَنِي خَلَفُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ مُضَرَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما أَنَّ الْقَمَرَ، انْشَقَّ فِي زَمَانِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم

Narrated Ibn `Abbas:The moon was split into two parts during the lifetime of the Prophet

مجھ سے خلف بن خالد قرشی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے بکر بن مضر نے بیان کیا، ان سے جعفر بن ربیعہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عراق بن مالک نے، ان سے عبیداللہ بن عبداللہ بن مسعود نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانے میں چاند کے دو ٹکڑے ہو گئے تھے۔
