Hadith 3123 — Livre 57: One-fifth of Booty to the Cause of Allah (Khumus)
كتاب الخمس
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d'Allah ﷺ a dit : « Allah garantit à celui qui lutte dans Sa voie, dont la motivation est uniquement le Jihad pour Sa cause et la foi en Sa parole, qu'Il le fera entrer au Paradis (s'il meurt en martyr) ou le ramènera à son domicile d'où il est parti, avec la récompense et le butin qu'il aura obtenus. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " تَكَفَّلَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ جَاهَدَ فِي سَبِيلِهِ، لاَ يُخْرِجُهُ إِلاَّ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِهِ وَتَصْدِيقُ كَلِمَاتِهِ، بِأَنْ يُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ، أَوْ يَرْجِعَهُ إِلَى مَسْكَنِهِ الَّذِي خَرَجَ مِنْهُ {مَعَ مَا نَالَ} مِنْ أَجْرٍ أَوْ غَنِيمَةٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah guarantees him who strives in His Cause and whose motivation for going out is nothing but Jihad in His Cause and belief in His Word, that He will admit him into Paradise (if martyred) or bring him back to his dwelling place, whence he has come out, with what he gains of reward and booty
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے اسماعیل بن ابی اویس نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا مجھ سے امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے بیان کیا ‘ ان سے ابوالزناد نے ‘ ان سے اعرج نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جو اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کرے ‘ جہاد ہی کی نیت سے نکلے ‘ اللہ کے کلام ( اس کے وعدے ) کو سچ جان کر ‘ تو اللہ اس کا ضامن ہے۔ یا تو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو شہید کر کے جنت میں لے جائے گا ‘ یا اس کو ثواب اور غنیمت کا مال دلا کر اس کے گھر لوٹا لائے گا۔“
