Hadith 2937 — Livre 56: Fighting for the Cause of Allah (Jihaad)

Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Tufail bin `Amr Ad-Dausi et ses compagnons sont venus voir le Prophète (ﷺ) et ont dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) ! Les gens de la tribu de Daus ont désobéi et refusé de te suivre ; invoque donc Allah contre eux. » Les gens dirent : « La tribu de Daus est perdue. » Le Prophète (ﷺ) dit : « Ô Allah ! Guide le peuple de Daus et fais qu’ils acceptent l’Islam. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه قَدِمَ طُفَيْلُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الدَّوْسِيُّ وَأَصْحَابُهُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ دَوْسًا عَصَتْ وَأَبَتْ، فَادْعُ اللَّهَ عَلَيْهَا. فَقِيلَ هَلَكَتْ دَوْسٌ. قَالَ " اللَّهُمَّ اهْدِ دَوْسًا وَائْتِ بِهِمْ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:Tufail bin `Amr Ad-Dausi and his companions came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! The people of the tribe of Daus disobeyed and refused to follow you; so invoke Allah against them." The people said, "The tribe of Daus is ruined." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah! Give guidance to the people of Daus, and let them embrace Islam
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے ابوالزناد نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن نے بیان کیا کہ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ طفیل بن عمرو دوسی رضی اللہ عنہ اپنے ساتھیوں کے ساتھ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا کہ یا رسول اللہ! قبیلہ دوس کے لوگ سرکشی پر اتر آئے ہیں اور اللہ کا کلام سننے سے انکار کرتے ہیں۔ آپ ان پر بددعا کیجئے! بعض صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہم نے کہا کہ اب دوس کے لوگ برباد ہو جائیں گے۔ لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: «اللهم اهد دوسا وائت بهم» ”اے اللہ! دوس کے لوگوں کو ہدایت دے اور انہیں ( دائرہ اسلام میں ) کھینچ لا۔“
