كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Ibn `Umar : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « La vente de blé contre du blé est de l’usure (Riba), sauf si c’est main à main et en quantité égale. De même, la vente d’orge contre de l’orge est de l’usure, sauf si c’est main à main et en quantité égale, et la vente de dattes contre des dattes est de l’usure, sauf si c’est main à main et en quantité égale. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ، سَمِعَ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْبُرُّ بِالْبُرِّ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ، وَالشَّعِيرُ بِالشَّعِيرِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ، وَالتَّمْرُ بِالتَّمْرِ رِبًا إِلاَّ هَاءَ وَهَاءَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The selling of wheat for wheat is Riba (usury) except if it is handed from hand to hand and equal in amount. Similarly the selling of barley for barley, is Riba except if it is from hand to hand and equal in amount, and dates for dates is usury except if it is from hand to hand and equal in amount. Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے ابوالولید نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، ان سے مالک بن اوس نے، انہوں نے عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، گیہوں کو گیہوں کے بدلہ میں بیچنا سود ہے، لیکن یہ کہ سودا ہاتھوں ہاتھ ہو۔ جَو کو جَو کے بدلہ میں بیچنا سود ہے، لیکن یہ کہ ہاتھوں ہاتھ ہو۔ اور کھجور کو کھجور کے بدلہ میں بیچنا سود ہے لیکن یہ کہ سودا ہاتھوں ہاتھ، نقدا نقد ہو۔
