Rapporté par Abdullah b. 'Amr رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si un homme prête serment d’allégeance à un chef, pose sa main dans la sienne et le fait sincèrement, il doit lui obéir autant qu’il le peut. Si un autre homme vient le contester, alors décapitez ce dernier. » Le rapporteur 'Abd al-Rahman a dit : « J’ai demandé : As-tu entendu cela du Messager d’Allah ? » Il a répondu : « Mes oreilles l’ont entendu et mon cœur l’a retenu. » J’ai dit : « Ton cousin Mu'awiyah nous ordonne de faire ceci et cela. » Il a répondu : « Obéis-lui dans ce qui est obéissance à Allah, et désobéis-lui dans ce qui est désobéissance à Allah. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَأَعْطَاهُ صَفْقَةَ يَدِهِ وَثَمَرَةَ قَلْبِهِ فَلْيُطِعْهُ مَا اسْتَطَاعَ فَإِنْ جَاءَ آخَرُ يُنَازِعُهُ فَاضْرِبُوا رَقَبَةَ الآخَرِ " . قُلْتُ أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ سَمِعَتْهُ أُذُنَاىَ وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي . قُلْتُ هَذَا ابْنُ عَمِّكَ مُعَاوِيَةُ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَفْعَلَ وَنَفْعَلَ . قَالَ أَطِعْهُ فِي طَاعَةِ اللَّهِ وَاعْصِهِ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah b. 'Amr:The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: If a man takes an oath of allegiance to a leader, and puts his hand on his hand and does it with the sincerity of his heart, he should obey him as much as possible. If another man comes and contests him, then behead the other one. The narrator 'Abd al-Rahman said: I asked: Have you heard this from the Messenger of Allah ? He said: My ears heard it and my heart retained it. I said: Your cousin Mu'awiyah orders us that we should do this and do that. He replied: Obey him in the acts of obedience to Allah, and disobey him in the acts of disobedience to Allah
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس شخص نے کسی امام سے بیعت کی، اس کے ہاتھ میں اپنا ہاتھ دیا، اور اس سے عہد و اقرار کیا تو اسے چاہیئے کہ جہاں تک ہو سکے وہ اس کی اطاعت کرے، اور اگر کوئی دوسرا امام بن کر اس سے جھگڑنے آئے تو اس دوسرے کی گردن مار دے ۔ عبدالرحمٰن کہتے ہیں: میں نے عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا: کیا آپ نے اسے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: ہاں اسے میرے دونوں کانوں نے سنا ہے، اور میرے دل نے یاد رکھا ہے، میں نے کہا: یہ آپ کے چچا کے لڑکے معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ ہم سے تاکیداً کہتے ہیں کہ ہم یہ یہ کریں تو انہوں نے کہا: ان کی اطاعت ان چیزوں میں کرو جس میں اللہ کی اطاعت ہو، اور جس میں اللہ کی نافرمانی ہو اس میں ان کا کہنا نہ مانو۔
