Le récit mentionné ci-dessus a aussi été transmis par Abu Bakr b. ‘Abd al-Rahman b. al-Harith b. Hisham du Messager d’Allah ﷺ par une autre chaîne de rapporteurs, avec le même sens que celui rapporté par Malik. Cette version ajoute : « S’il a reçu une partie du prix, alors il sera à égalité avec les créanciers pour cette part. »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ وَهْبٍ - أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ مَالِكٍ زَادَ " وَإِنْ قَضَى مِنْ ثَمَنِهَا شَيْئًا فَهُوَ أُسْوَةُ الْغُرَمَاءِ فِيهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Abu Bakr b. 'Adb al-Rahman b. al-Harith b. Hisham from Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) through a different chain of narrators to the same effect as narrated by Malik. This version adds:"If he paid something from the price (of the property), then he will be equal to the creditors in it

یونس، ابن شہاب سے روایت کرتے ہیں، وہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث بن ہشام نے خبر دی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے۔ ۔ ۔ پھر آگے انہوں نے مالک کی حدیث جیسی روایت ذکر کی، اس میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ اگر مشتری اس مال کی کسی قدر قیمت دے چکا ہے، تو وہ مال والا دوسرے قرض خواہوں کے برابر ہو گا۔
