كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Al-Nu‘man ibn Bashir : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « Mais entre ce qui est licite et illicite, il y a des choses douteuses que beaucoup de gens ne connaissent pas. Celui qui évite les choses douteuses préserve sa religion et son honneur, mais celui qui tombe dans les choses douteuses tombe dans ce qui est interdit. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ عَامِرٍ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ " وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ لا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ فَمَنِ اتَّقَى الشُّبُهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ عِرْضَهُ وَدِينَهُ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ فِي الشُّبُهَاتِ وَقَعَ فِي الْحَرَامِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Nu'man b. Bashir:I heard Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: But between them are certain doubtful things which many people do not recognize. He who guards against doubtful things keeps his religion and his honor blameless, but he who falls into doubtful things falls into what is unlawful

نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا آپ یہی حدیث بیان فرما رہے تھے اور فرما رہے تھے: ان دونوں کے درمیان کچھ شبہے کی چیزیں ہیں جنہیں بہت سے لوگ نہیں جانتے، جو شبہوں سے بچا وہ اپنے دین اور اپنی عزت و آبرو کو بچا لے گیا، اور جو شبہوں میں پڑا وہ حرام میں پھنس گیا ۔
