Hadith 419 — Livre 2: Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)

Rapporté par An-Nu‘man ibn Bashir : « Je suis celui qui connaît le mieux l’heure de cette prière, c’est-à-dire la prière de la nuit. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ la faisait au moment où la lune disparaissait lors de sa troisième nuit. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ أَنَا أَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ، بِوَقْتِ هَذِهِ الصَّلاَةِ صَلاَةِ الْعِشَاءِ الآخِرَةِ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُصَلِّيهَا لِسُقُوطِ الْقَمَرِ لِثَالِثَةٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated An-Nu'man ibn Bashir: I am the one who is best informed of the time of this prayer, i.e. the night prayer. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to offer it at the hour when the moon went down on its third night

نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ میں لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ اس نماز یعنی عشاء کے وقت کو جانتا ہوں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم یہ نماز تیسری رات کا چاند ڈوب جانے کے وقت پڑھتے تھے۔
