Rapporté par Jabir رضي الله عنه : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ s’asseyait sur la chaire un vendredi, il disait : « Asseyez-vous. » Ibn Mas’ud entendit cela et s’assit à la porte de la mosquée. Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ le vit, il dit : « Viens ici, ‘Abd Allah ibn Mas’ud. » Abu Dawud a dit : Cette tradition est appelée mursal (le successeur rapporte directement du Prophète, sans nommer le Compagnon). Les gens l’ont rapportée du Prophète ﷺ par l’intermédiaire de ‘Ata’. Makhlad est son enseignant

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ كَعْبٍ الأَنْطَاكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ لَمَّا اسْتَوَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ قَالَ " اجْلِسُوا " . فَسَمِعَ ذَلِكَ ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَجَلَسَ عَلَى بَابِ الْمَسْجِدِ فَرَآهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " تَعَالَ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَسْعُودٍ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا يُعْرَفُ مُرْسَلاً إِنَّمَا رَوَاهُ النَّاسُ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَمَخْلَدٌ هُوَ شَيْخٌ .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir said:When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) seated himself on the pulpit on a Friday he said, Sit down. Ibn Mas'ud heard that and sat down at the door of mosque, and when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saw him, he said: Come here, 'Abd Allah b. Mas'ud. Abu Dawud said: This tradition is known as mursal (the successor reports directly from the Prophet, omitting then name of the Companion). The people narrated it from the Prophet (ﷺ) on the authority of 'Ata'. Makhlad is his teacher

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جمعہ کے دن جب منبر پر اچھی طرح سے بیٹھ گئے تو آپ نے لوگوں سے فرمایا: بیٹھ جاؤ ، تو عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے ( جو اس وقت مسجد کے دروازے پر تھے ) اسے سنا تو وہ مسجد کے دروازے ہی پر بیٹھ گئے، تو انہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دیکھا تو فرمایا: عبداللہ بن مسعود! تم آ جاؤ ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث مرسلاً معروف ہے کیونکہ اسے لوگوں نے عطاء سے، عطاء نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کیا ہے، اور مخلد شیخ ہیں، ( یعنی مراتب تعدیل کے پانچویں درجہ پر ہیں جن کی روایتیں حسن سے نیچے ہی ہوتی ہیں، الا یہ کہ ان کا کوئی متابع موافق ہو)
