Rapporté par Ali ibn Abu Talib رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Les yeux sont comme une corde qui retient l’anus, donc celui qui dort doit refaire ses ablutions. »

حَدَّثَنَا حَيْوَةُ بْنُ شُرَيْحٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، - فِي آخَرِينَ - قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنِ الْوَضِينِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ مَحْفُوظِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَائِذٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " وِكَاءُ السَّهِ الْعَيْنَانِ فَمَنْ نَامَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The eyes are the leather strap of the anus, so one who sleeps should perform ablution

علی بن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سرین کا بندھن دونوں آنکھیں ( بیداری ) ہیں، پس جو سو جائے وہ وضو کرے ۱؎۔
