Rapporté par Abu Ma’mar : Nous étions avec ‘Ali et un cortège funéraire est passé devant lui, alors ils se sont levés. ‘Ali a dit : "Qu’est-ce que c’est ?" Ils ont répondu : "C’est la recommandation d’Abu Musa." Il a dit : "En fait, le Messager d’Allah ﷺ s’est levé pour un cortège juif, mais il ne l’a pas refait ensuite

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا عِنْدَ عَلِيٍّ فَمَرَّتْ جَنَازَةٌ فَقَامُوا لَهَا فَقَالَ عَلِيٌّ مَا هَذَا قَالُوا أَمْرُ أَبِي مُوسَى . فَقَالَ إِنَّمَا قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لِجَنَازَةِ يَهُودِيَّةٍ وَلَمْ يَعُدْ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Abu Ma'mar said:"We were with 'Ali and a funeral passed by him, and they stood up for it. 'Ali said: "What is this?' They said: 'The command of Abu Musa.' He said: 'Rather the Messenger of Allah stood up for a Jewish funeral but he did not do it again
Traduction en ourdou
ابومعمر کہتے ہیں کہ ہم علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس تھے ( اتنے میں ) ایک جنازہ گزرا تو لوگ کھڑے ہو گئے، تو علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا: یہ کیا ہے؟ لوگوں نے کہا: ابوموسیٰ اشعری کا حکم ہے، تو انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک یہودی عورت کے جنازے کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے تھے، ( پھر ) اس کے بعد آپ کبھی کھڑے نہیں ہوئے۔
