Rapporté par 'Uqbah bin Al-Harith : J'ai prié 'Asr avec le Prophète (ﷺ) à Médine, puis il est parti en enjambant les cous des gens, si vite que tout le monde a été surpris par sa rapidité. Il est entré chez l'une de ses femmes, puis il est ressorti et a dit : "Pendant que je priais 'Asr, je me suis souvenu d'un peu d'or que nous avions, et je ne voulais pas qu'il reste chez nous pendant la nuit, alors j'ai demandé qu'il soit distribué

أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ النَّوْفَلِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، قَالَ صَلَّيْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْعَصْرَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ يَتَخَطَّى رِقَابَ النَّاسِ سَرِيعًا حَتَّى تَعَجَّبَ النَّاسُ لِسُرْعَتِهِ فَتَبِعَهُ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِهِ فَدَخَلَ عَلَى بَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِهِ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَقَالَ " إِنِّي ذَكَرْتُ وَأَنَا فِي الْعَصْرِ شَيْئًا مِنْ تِبْرٍ كَانَ عِنْدَنَا فَكَرِهْتُ أَنْ يَبِيتَ عِنْدَنَا فَأَمَرْتُ بِقِسْمَتِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that 'Uqbah bin Al-Harith said:"I prayed 'Asr with the Prophet (ﷺ) in Al-Madinah, then he left, stepping over the necks of the people, so quickly that the people were surprised at his haste. He entered unto one of his wives, then he came out and said: 'While I was praying 'Asr, I remembered some gold that we had, and I did not want it to stay with us overnight, so I ordered that it be distributed
Traduction en ourdou
عقبہ بن حارث رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ مدینہ میں نماز عصر پڑھی، پھر آپ تیزی سے لوگوں کی گردنیں پھلانگتے ہوئے گئے یہاں تک کہ لوگ آپ کی تیزی سے تعجب میں پڑ گئے، کچھ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم آپ کے پیچھے گئے ( کہ کیا معاملہ ہے ) آپ اپنی ایک بیوی کے حجرہ میں داخل ہوئے، پھر باہر نکلے اور فرمایا: میں نماز عصر میں تھا کہ مجھے سونے کا وہ ڈلا یاد آ گیا جو ہمارے پاس تھا، تو مجھے یہ بات اچھی نہیں لگی کہ رات بھر وہ ہمارے پاس پڑا رہے، لہٰذا جا کر میں نے اسے تقسیم کرنے کا حکم دے دیا ۔
