Rapporté par Muslim bin Abi Bakrah : Mon père avait l’habitude de dire après chaque prière : "Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min al-kufri wal-faqri wa 'adhab al-qabr" (Ô Allah, je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre la mécréance, la pauvreté et le châtiment de la tombe), et je les disais aussi. Mon père m’a demandé : "Mon fils, de qui as-tu appris cela ?" J’ai dit : "De toi." Il a dit : "Le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) avait l’habitude de les dire après la prière

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ أَبِي يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلاَةِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ فَكُنْتُ أَقُولُهُنَّ فَقَالَ أَبِي أَىْ بُنَىَّ عَمَّنْ أَخَذْتَ هَذَا قُلْتُ عَنْكَ . قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَقُولُهُنَّ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلاَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
It was narrated that Muslim bin Abi Bakrah said:"My father used to say following every prayer: 'Allahumma inni a-udhu bika min al-kufri wal-faqri wa 'adhab al-qabr. ( O Allah, I seek refuge with You from Kufr, poverty, and the torment of the grave)' and I used to say them (these words). My father said: 'O my son, from whom did you learn this?' I said: 'From you. He said: "The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say them following the prayer
Traduction en ourdou
ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میرے والد ( ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ) نماز کے بعد یہ دعا پڑھتے: «اللہم إني أعوذ بك من الكفر والفقر وعذاب القبر» اے اللہ میں کفر سے، محتاجی سے اور قبر کے عذاب سے تیری پناہ چاہتا ہوں تو میں بھی انہیں کہا کرتا تھا، تو میرے والد نے کہا: میرے بیٹے! تم نے یہ کس سے یاد کیا ہے؟ میں نے کہا: آپ سے، تو انہوں نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم انہیں نماز کے بعد کہا کرتے تھے۔
