كتاب صلاة المسافرين وقصرها
Rapporté par Anas b. Malik : Quand nous étions à Médine, dès que le muezzin faisait l’appel à la prière du coucher du soleil, les gens se précipitaient vers les colonnes de la mosquée et accomplissaient deux unités de prière, si bien qu’un étranger entrant dans la mosquée aurait pu croire que la prière obligatoire avait déjà été accomplie, tant ils étaient nombreux à prier à ce moment-là

وَحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ صُهَيْبٍ - عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَإِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ لِصَلاَةِ الْمَغْرِبِ ابْتَدَرُوا السَّوَارِيَ فَيَرْكَعُونَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ الْغَرِيبَ لَيَدْخُلُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَيَحْسِبُ أَنَّ الصَّلاَةَ قَدْ صُلِّيَتْ مِنْ كَثْرَةِ مَنْ يُصَلِّيهِمَا .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Malik reported:When we were in Medina, the moment the Mu'adhdhin made the call to the sunset prayer, the people hastened to the pillars of the mosque and prayed two rak'ahs with the result that any stranger coming into the mosque would think that the obligatory prayer had been observed owing to the number who were praying then
Traduction en ourdou
عبدالعزیز بن صہیب نے حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : ہم مدینے میں ہوتے تھے ، جب موذن مغرب کی اذان دیتا و لوگ ستونوں کی طرح لپکتے تھے اور وہ دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے حتیٰ کہ ایک مسافر مسجد میں آتا تو ان رکعتوں کو پڑھنے والوں کی کثرت دیکھ کر یہ سمجھتا کہ مغرب کی نماز ہوچکی ہے ۔
