كتاب صلاة المسافرين وقصرها
Rapporté par Shaqiq : Un homme des Banu Bajila, appelé Nabik b. Sinan, vint voir Abdullah et dit : « Je récite les sourates mufassal en une seule rak'a. » Abdullah répondit : « Tu récites comme de la poésie. Je connais la façon dont le Messager d’Allah ﷺ récitait deux sourates dans une rak'a. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي بَجِيلَةَ يُقَالُ لَهُ نَهِيكُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ إِلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ فَقَالَ إِنِّي أَقْرَأُ الْمُفَصَّلَ فِي رَكْعَةٍ . فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ هَذًّا كَهَذِّ الشِّعْرِ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتُ النَّظَائِرَ الَّتِي كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقْرَأُ بِهِنَّ سُورَتَيْنِ فِي رَكْعَةٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Shaqiq reported:A person from Banu Bajila who was called Nabik b. Sinan came to Abdullah and said: I recite mufassal surahs in one rak'ah. Upon this 'Abdullah said: (You recite) like the recitation of poetry. I know the manner in which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) recited two surahs in one rak'ah
Traduction en ourdou
منصور نے ( ابووائل ) شقیق سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : بنو بجیلہ میں سے ایک آدمی جسے نہیک بن سنان کہا جاتاتھا ۔ حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا : میں ( تمام ) مفصل سورتیں ایک رکعت میں پڑھتا ہوں ۔ حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے فرمایا : تیزی سے جیسے شعر تیزی سے پڑھے جاتے ہیں؟مجھے وہ باہم ملتی جلتی سورتیں معلوم ہیں جنھیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ایک ایک رکعت میں دو دو کرکے پڑھتے تھے ۔
