كتاب صلاة المسافرين وقصرها
Rapporté par Aïsha رضي الله عنها : Quand le Messager d’Allah ﷺ décidait de faire une chose, il la faisait régulièrement, et s’il dormait la nuit ou tombait malade, il accomplissait douze rak‘a dans la journée. Je ne sais pas que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ait prié toute la nuit jusqu’au matin, ni qu’il ait jeûné un mois entier sauf Ramadan

وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ يُونُسَ - عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا عَمِلَ عَمَلاً أَثْبَتَهُ وَكَانَ إِذَا نَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ أَوْ مَرِضَ صَلَّى مِنَ النَّهَارِ ثِنْتَىْ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً . قَالَتْ وَمَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَامَ لَيْلَةً حَتَّى الصَّبَاحِ وَمَا صَامَ شَهْرًا مُتَتَابِعًا إِلاَّ رَمَضَانَ .
Traduction anglaise
A'isha reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) decided upon doing any act, he continued to do it, and when he slept at night or fell sick he observed twelve rak'ahs during the daytime. I am not aware of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) observing prayer during the whole of the night till morning, or observing fast for a whole month continuously except that of Ramadan
Traduction en ourdou
شعبہ نے قتادہ سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب کوئی کام کرتے تو اس کو برقراررکھتے اور جب آپ رات سوتے رہ جاتے یا بیمار ہوجاتے تو آپ دن کو بارہ رکعتیں پڑھ لیتے ۔ ( حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے ) کہا : میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ( کبھی ) نہیں دیکھا کہ آپ نے ساری رات صبح تک نماز پڑھی ہواور نہ ( کبھی ) آپ نے رمضان کے سوا مسلسل مہینے بھر کے روزے رکھے ۔
