Hadith 7560 — Livre 56: The Book of Commentary on the Qur'an
كتاب التفسير
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : J’ai entendu ‘Umar ibn Khattab رضي الله عنه prononcer un sermon sur la chaire du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et dire : « Pour en venir au sujet, ô gens, il a été révélé (le commandement concernant l’interdiction du vin) et à l’époque, il était fabriqué à partir de cinq choses : le raisin, la datte, le miel, le blé et l’orge. Le vin, c’est ce qui trouble l’esprit. Ô gens, j’aurais aimé que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ nous ait expliqué plus en détail trois choses : l’héritage du grand-père, celui qui meurt sans laisser d’enfant, et certains problèmes liés à l’intérêt. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَيَّانَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ، عُمَرَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، عَلَى مِنْبَرِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ أَمَّا بَعْدُ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ فَإِنَّهُ نَزَلَ تَحْرِيمُ الْخَمْرِ وَهْىَ مِنْ خَمْسَةٍ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ وَالتَّمْرِ وَالْعَسَلِ وَالْحِنْطَةِ وَالشَّعِيرِ وَالْخَمْرُ مَا خَامَرَ الْعَقْلَ وَثَلاَثٌ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ عَهِدَ إِلَيْنَا فِيهِنَّ عَهْدًا نَنْتَهِي إِلَيْهِ الْجَدُّ وَالْكَلاَلَةُ وَأَبْوَابٌ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الرِّبَا .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn 'Umar reported:I heard 'Umar b. Khattab delivering sermon on the pulpit ol Allah's messenger (ﷺ) and saying': Now, coming to the point, O people, there was revealed (the command pertaining to the prohibition of wine) and it was prepared (at that time) out of five things: grape, date, honey, wheat, barley, and wine is that which clouds the intellect, and, O people, I wish Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had explained to us in greater detail three things: the inheritance of the grandfather, of one who dies without leaving any issue, and some of the problems of interest

ابن ادریس نے کہا : ہمیں ابو حیان نے شعبی سے حدیث بیان کی ۔ انھوں نے حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : میں نے حضرت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے منبر پر فرماتے ہوئے سنا : حمد وثنا کےبعد ، لوگو!شراب کی حرمت نازل ہوئی تو وہ پانچ چیزوں سے بنائی جاتی تھی ، انگور ، کھجور ، شہد ، گندم اور جو سے اور خمر ( شراب ) وہ ہے جو عقل کو ڈھانک دے ۔ لوگو!تین چیزیں ایسی ہیں جن کے متعلق میں چاہتا تھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمیں اور زیادہ قطیعت سے واضح فرمادیتے : دادا اور کلالہ کی میراث اور سود کی صورتوں میں سے چند صورتیں ۔
