Rapporté par Hisham d’après Aïsha رضي الله عنها : À propos des paroles d’Allah : « Ils te demandent un avis religieux sur les femmes, dis : Allah vous donne un avis à leur sujet » (4 : 126), cela concerne une orpheline sous la responsabilité d’un homme, qui partage même ses palmiers avec lui en tant qu’héritière. Il hésite à la marier à un autre de peur que ce mari ne prenne part à ses biens, et il la laisse ainsi sans solution

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، فِي قَوْلِهِ { ويَسْتَفْتُونَكَ فِي النِّسَاءِ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفْتِيكُمْ فِيهِنَّ} الآيَةَ قَالَتْ هِيَ الْيَتِيمَةُ الَّتِي تَكُونُ عِنْدَ الرَّجُلِ لَعَلَّهَا أَنْ تَكُونَ قَدْ شَرِكَتْهُ فِي مَالِهِ حَتَّى فِي الْعَذْقِ فَيَرْغَبُ يَعْنِي أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا وَيَكْرَهُ أَنْ يُنْكِحَهَا رَجُلاً فَيَشْرَكُهُ فِي مَالِهِ فَيَعْضِلُهَا .
Traduction anglaise
Hisham reported that 'A'isha said in connection with the words of Allah:" They ask thee the religious verdict about women, say: Allah gives you the verdict about them" (iv. 126), that these relate to an orphan girl who is in charge of the person and she shares with him in his property (as a heir) even in the date-palm trees and he is reluctant to give her hand in marriage to any other person lest he (her husband) should partake of his property, and thus keep her in a lingering state

ابو اسامہ نے کہا : ہمیں ہشام نے اپنے والد سے خبر دی انھوں نے اس عزوجل کے فرمان : " اور یہ لوگ آپ سے عورتوں کے بارے میں سوال کرتے ہیں کہیے اللہ تمھیں ان کے بارے میں فتویٰ دیتا ہے ۔ " مکمل آیت کے بارے میں حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : یہ ایسی یتیم لڑکی ( کے بارے میں ) ہے جوکسی آدمی کے پاس ہوتی ہے شاید وہ ایسی بھی ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اس کے مال میں حتیٰ کہ کھجور کے درختوں میں بھی اس کے ساتھ شریک ہوتی ہے وہ خود بھی اس سے روگردانی کرتا یعنی اس سے شادی کرنے سے اور کسی اور کے ساتھ اس کی شادی کر کے اس ( شخص ) کو اپنے مال میں شریک کرنے کو بھی پسند نہیں کرتا تو وہ اسے ویسے ہی رہنے دیتا ہے ۔
