كتاب التفسير
Rapporté par Hammim ibn Munabbih رضي الله عنه : Voici ce qu’Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه nous a rapporté du Messager d’Allah ﷺ : Il a été dit aux enfants d’Israël : « Entrez dans cette terre en disant “Hitta” (Ô Allah, enlève de nous le fardeau de nos péchés), et Nous vous pardonnerons vos fautes. » Mais ils ont déformé cette parole, sont entrés en traînant sur leurs fesses et ont dit : « Le grain dans l’épi. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ، قَالَ هَذَا مَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . فَذَكَرَ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْهَا وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قِيلَ لِبَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ { ادْخُلُوا الْبَابَ سُجَّدًا وَقُولُوا حِطَّةٌ يُغْفَرْ لَكُمْ خَطَايَاكُمْ} فَبَدَّلُوا فَدَخَلُوا الْبَابَ يَزْحَفُونَ عَلَى أَسْتَاهِهِمْ وَقَالُوا حَبَّةٌ فِي شَعَرَةٍ" .
Traduction anglaise
Hammim b. Munabbih reported:This is what Abu Huraira reported to us from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and in this connection he narrated some of the ahadith and Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: It was said to people of Israel: Enter this land saying Hitta (Remove Thou from us the burden of our sins), whereupon We would forgive you your sins, but they twisted (this statement) and entered the gate dragging upon their breech and said: The" grain in the ear

معمر نے ہمام بن منبہ سے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا : یہ احادیث ہیں جو حضرت ابو ہریرۃ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ہمیں ر سول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کیں ، پھر انھوں نے کئی احادیث ذکر کیں ، ان میں سے ( ایک حدیث ) یہ ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " بنی اسرائیل سے کہا گیا : ( شہر کے ) دروازے میں سجدہ کرتے ہوئے جاؤ اور کہو : حطۃ ( ہمیں بخش دے ) دہم تمھاری خطائیں بخش دیں گے ، انھوں نے ( اس کے ) الٹ کیا ، چنانچہ وہ اپنے چوتڑوں کے بل گھسیٹتے ہوئے دروازے سے داخل ہوئے اور انھوں نے ( حطہ کے بجائے ) " ہمیں بالی میں دانہ چاہیے " کہا ۔
