Hadith 7280 — Livre 54: The Book of Tribulations and Portents of the Last Hour
كتاب الفتن وأشراط الساعة
Rapporté par Mustawrid al-Qurashi رضي الله عنه : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « L’Heure Dernière viendra quand les Romains seront majoritaires parmi les gens. » Cela est parvenu à ‘Amr ibn al-‘As qui a dit : « Quels sont ces hadiths que tu transmets et que tu prétends avoir entendus du Messager d’Allah ﷺ ? » Mustawrid lui a répondu : « Je n’ai rapporté que ce que j’ai entendu du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. » ‘Amr a alors dit : « Si tu dis cela, c’est vrai, car ils ont la capacité de supporter les épreuves, ils retrouvent leur calme après une difficulté, et ils sont bons envers les pauvres et les faibles. »

حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى التُّجِيبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو شُرَيْحٍ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ الْكَرِيمِ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ الْمُسْتَوْرِدَ الْقُرَشِيَّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ وَالرُّومُ أَكْثَرُ النَّاسِ " . قَالَ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ فَقَالَ مَا هَذِهِ الأَحَادِيثُ الَّتِي تُذْكَرُ عَنْكَ أَنَّكَ تَقُولُهَا عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُ الْمُسْتَوْرِدُ قُلْتُ الَّذِي سَمِعْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ فَقَالَ عَمْرٌو لَئِنْ قُلْتَ ذَلِكَ إِنَّهُمْ لأَحْلَمُ النَّاسِ عِنْدَ فِتْنَةٍ وَأَجْبَرُ النَّاسِ عِنْدَ مُصِيبَةٍ وَخَيْرُ النَّاسِ لِمَسَاكِينِهِمْ وَضُعَفَائِهِمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Mustaurid Qurashi reported:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The Last Hour would come when the Romans would form a majority amongst people. This reached 'Amr b. al-'As and he said: What are these ahadith which are being transmitted from you and which you claim to have heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)? Mustaurid said to him: I stated only that which I heard from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). Thereupon 'Amr said: If you state this (it is true), for they have the power of tolerance amongst people at the time of turmoil and restore themselves to sanity after trouble, and are good amongst people so far as the destitute and the weak are concerned
Traduction en ourdou
عبد الکریم بن حارث نے ابو شریح کو حدیث بیان کی کہ حضرت مستوردقرشی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا : میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " قیامت آئے گی تورومی ( عیسائی ) لوگوں میں سب سے زیادہ ہوں گے ۔ " کہا : حضرت عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو یہ خبر پہنچی تو انھوں نے ان سے کہا : یہ کیسی احادیث ہیں جو تمھاری طرف سے بیان کی جارہی ہیں ۔ کہ تم ان کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے بیان کرتے ہو؟حضرت مستورد قرشی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا : میں نے وہی کچھ کہا جو میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا : ( مستورد رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ) کہا کہ حضرت عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا : اگر تم یہ کہہ رہے ہو ( توسنو! ) یقیناًوہ آزمائش کے وقت سب لوگوں سے بڑھ کر بردبار ہیں مصیبت پیش آنے پر سب لوگوں سے زیادہ سخت جان ہیں اور اپنے مسکینوں اور کمزوروں کے حق میں سب لوگوں کی نسبت بہترہیں ۔
