Hadith 7040 — Livre 51: Characteristics of The Hypocrites And Rulings Concerning Them
كتاب صفة المنافقين وأحكامهم
Rapporté par Anas b. Malik : Il y avait parmi nous un homme du clan de Bani Najjar qui récitait la sourate al-Baqarah et la sourate Al-i-'Imran, et il écrivait pour le Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Il s’est rebellé et a rejoint les gens du Livre. Ils lui accordèrent beaucoup d’importance et dirent : « C’est lui qui écrivait pour Muhammad. » Ils étaient très contents de lui. Le temps passa, puis Allah causa sa mort. Ils creusèrent une tombe et l’y enterrèrent, mais ils découvrirent avec surprise que la terre l’avait rejeté à la surface. Ils creusèrent une autre tombe et l’y enterrèrent à nouveau, mais la terre le rejeta encore. Ils recommencèrent une troisième fois, mais la terre le rejeta encore à la surface. Finalement, ils le laissèrent sans l’enterrer

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ، - وَهُوَ ابْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ - عَنْ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ كَانَ مِنَّا رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي النَّجَّارِ قَدْ قَرَأَ الْبَقَرَةَ وَآلَ عِمْرَانَ وَكَانَ يَكْتُبُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَانْطَلَقَ هَارِبًا حَتَّى لَحِقَ بِأَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ - قَالَ - فَرَفَعُوهُ قَالُوا هَذَا قَدْ كَانَ يَكْتُبُ لِمُحَمَّدٍ فَأُعْجِبُوا بِهِ فَمَا لَبِثَ أَنْ قَصَمَ اللَّهُ عُنُقَهُ فِيهِمْ فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ فَوَارَوْهُ فَأَصْبَحَتِ الأَرْضُ قَدْ نَبَذَتْهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا ثُمَّ عَادُوا فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ فَوَارَوْهُ فَأَصْبَحَتِ الأَرْضُ قَدْ نَبَذَتْهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا ثُمَّ عَادُوا فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ فَوَارَوْهُ فَأَصْبَحَتِ الأَرْضُ قَدْ نَبَذَتْهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا فَتَرَكُوهُ مَنْبُوذًا .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b. Malik reported:There was a person amongst us who belonged to the tribe of Bani Najjar and he recited Sura al-Baqarah and Surat Al-i-'Imran and he used to transcribe for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ). He ran away as a rebel and joined the People of the Book. They gave it much importance and said: He is the person who used to transcribe for Muhammad and they were much pleased with him. Time rolled on that Allah caused his death. They dug the grave and buried him therein, but they found to their surprise that the earth had thrown him out over the surface. They again dug the grave for him and buried him but the earth again threw him out upon the surface. They again dug the grave for him and buried him but the earth again threw him out upon the surface. At last they left him unburied
Traduction en ourdou
حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، کہا : ہم بنو نجار میں سے ایک شخص تھا ، اس نے سورہ بقرہ اور سورہ آل عمران پڑھی ( یاد کی ) ہوئی تھی اور وہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لئے کتابت کیا کرتا تھا ، وہ بھاگ کر چلا گیا اور اہل کتاب کے ساتھ شامل ہوگیا ، انھوں نے اس کو بہت اونچا اٹھایا اور کہا : یہ ہے جو محمد ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) کے لئے کتابت کرتا تھا وہ اس کے آنے سے بہت خوش ہوئے ، تھوڑے ہی دن گزرے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے بیچ میں ( ہوتے ہوئے ) اس کی گردن توڑ دی ۔ انھوں نے اس کے لیے قبر کھودی اور اسے دفن کردیا ۔ صبح ہوئی تو زمین نے اسے اپنی سطح کے ا وپر پھینک دیا تھا ۔ انھوں نے دوبارہ وہی کیا ، اس کی قبر کھودی اور اسے دفن کردیا ۔ پھر صبح ہوئی تو زمین نے اسے باہر پھینک دیا تھا ، انھوں نے پھر ( تیسری بار ) اسی طرح کیا ، اس کے لئے قبر کھودی اور اسے دفن کردیا ، صبح کو زمین نے اسے باہر پھینک دیا ہواتھا تو انھوں نے اسے اسی طرح پھینکا ہوا چھوڑ دیا ۔
