Rapporté par Sulaiman Taimi, selon la même chaîne de transmetteurs : Un homme s’était permis avec une femme un acte moins grave que la fornication. Il alla voir Omar b. Khattab رضي الله عنه, qui considéra cela comme une faute grave. Puis il alla voir Abu Bakr رضي الله عنه, qui jugea aussi cela grave. Ensuite, il se rendit auprès du Messager d’Allah ﷺ et lui raconta ce qui s’était passé. La suite du hadith est la même

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ أَصَابَ رَجُلٌ مِنِ امْرَأَةٍ شَيْئًا دُونَ الْفَاحِشَةِ فَأَتَى عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ فَعَظَّمَ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَتَى أَبَا بَكْرٍ فَعَظَّمَ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ وَالْمُعْتَمِرِ .
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Sulaiman Taimi with the same chain of transmitters that a person had taken liberty with a woman less than fomication. He came to 'Umar b. Khattab and he took it to be a serious offence. Then he came to Abu Bakr and he also took it to be a serious offence. Then he came the Allahs Apostle (ﷺ) and he made a mention of this to him. Traduction en ourdou
شعبہ نے سماک بن حرب سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : میں نے ابراہیم کو اپنے ماموں اسود سے حدیث بیان کرتے ہوئے سنا ، انہوں نے حضرت عبداللہ ( بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ابو احوص کی حدیث کے ہم معنی روایت کی ، انہوں نے اپنی حدیث میں کہا : تو حضرت معاذ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کی : اللہ کے رسول! کیا یہ خاص اسی کے لیے ہے یا عمومی طور پر ہم سب کے لیے ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " بلکہ تم سب کے لیے عام ہے ۔
