Hadith 1470 — Livre 5: The Book of Mosques and Places of Prayer
كتاب المساجد ومواضع الصلاة
Rapporté par Abu Dharr رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Que feras-tu si tu vis parmi des gens qui retardent la prière au-delà de son heure prescrite ? » (Le narrateur a dit : Allah et Son Messager savent mieux.) Il a alors dit : « Fais la prière à son heure, mais si l’Iqama est prononcée pour la prière en groupe, alors fais-la avec eux, car il y a là un surplus de mérite. »

وَحَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ التَّيْمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ أَبِي نَعَامَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ قَالَ " كَيْفَ أَنْتُمْ - أَوْ قَالَ كَيْفَ أَنْتَ - إِذَا بَقِيتَ فِي قَوْمٍ يُؤَخِّرُونَ الصَّلاَةَ عَنْ وَقْتِهَا فَصَلِّ الصَّلاَةَ لِوَقْتِهَا ثُمَّ إِنْ أُقِيمَتِ الصَّلاَةُ فَصَلِّ مَعَهُمْ فَإِنَّهَا زِيَادَةُ خَيْرٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Dharr reported:(The Messenger of Allah) said: How would you, or how would thou, act if you survive to live among people who defer prayer beyond the (prescribed) time? (The narrator said: Allah and His Messenger know best). whereupon he said: Observe prayer at its prescribed time, but if the Iqama is pronounced for (congregational) prayer, then observe prayer along with them. for herein is an excess of virtue
Traduction en ourdou
ابو نعامہ نے عبداللہ بن صامت سےاور انھوں نے حضرت ابو ذر رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ’’تم لوگوں کا کیا حال ہو گا ‘ ‘ یا فرمایا : ’’تمھاری کیفیت کیا ہو گی جب تم ایسے لوگوں میں رہ جاؤ گے جو نماز کو اس کے وقت سے مؤخر کریں گے ؟ تم وقت پر نماز پڑھ لینا ، پھر اگر ( تمھاری موجودگی میں ) نماز کی اقامت ہو تو تم ان کے ساتھ ( بھی ) پڑھ لینا کیونکہ یہ نیکی میں اضافہ ہے ۔ ‘ ‘
