Hadith 1285 — Livre 5: The Book of Mosques and Places of Prayer
كتاب المساجد ومواضع الصلاة
Rapporté par ‘Abdullah (b. Mas‘ud) رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dirigé la prière et il a omis ou ajouté quelque chose. Ibrahim (un des narrateurs) a dit : « C’est mon doute. » On a dit : « Messager d’Allah, y a-t-il eu un ajout dans la prière ? » Il ﷺ a dit : « En vérité, je suis un être humain comme vous. J’oublie comme vous oubliez. Donc, quand l’un d’entre vous oublie, il doit faire deux prosternations. » Le Prophète ﷺ était assis, puis il s’est tourné vers la Qibla et a fait deux prosternations

وَحَدَّثَنَا مِنْجَابُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ التَّمِيمِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَزَادَ أَوْ نَقَصَ - قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ وَالْوَهْمُ مِنِّي - فَقِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَزِيدَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ شَىْءٌ فَقَالَ " إِنَّمَا أَنَا بَشَرٌ مِثْلُكُمْ أَنْسَى كَمَا تَنْسَوْنَ فَإِذَا نَسِيَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيْنِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ " . ثُمَّ تَحَوَّلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah (b. Mas'ud) reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said prayer and he omitted or committed (something). Ibrahim (one of the narrators of this hadith) said: It is my doubt, and it was said: Messenger of Allah, has there been any addition to the prayer? He (the Holy Prophet) said: Verily I am a human being like you. I forget just as you forget so when any one of you forgets, he must perform two prostrations, and he (the Holy Prophet) was sitting and then the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) turned (his face towards the Qibla) and performed two prostrations
Traduction en ourdou
(علی ) بن مسہر نے اعمش سے ، انھوں نے ابراہیم سے ، انھوں نے علقمہ سے اور انھوں نے حضر عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نماز پڑھائی اور اس میں کچھ اضافہ کر دیا ۔ ابراہیم نے کہا کہ یہاں وہم مجھے ہوا ہے ، علقمہ کو نہیں ۔ عرض کی گئی : اللہ کے رسول ! کیا نماز مین اضافہ کر دیا گیا ہے ؟ آپ نے فرمایا : ’’ میں تمھاری طرح انسان ہی ہوں ، میں بھی بھولتا ہوں ، جیسے تم بھولتے ہو ، اس لیے جب تم میں سے کوئی بھول جائے تو وہ بیٹھے بیٹھے دو سجدے کر لے ۔ ‘ ‘ پھر رسول اللہ ﷺ نے رخ ( قبلہ کی طرف ) پھیرا اور دو سجدے کیے ۔
