Rapporté par Abu Sa’id Khudri et Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Allah, le Très-Haut et Glorieux, a dit : “La Gloire est Mon vêtement de dessous et la Majesté est Mon manteau. Celui qui cherche à rivaliser avec Moi à ce sujet, Je le punirai.” »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الأَزْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا الأَعْمَشُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ الأَغَرِّ، أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ، وَأَبِي، هُرَيْرَةَ قَالاَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْعِزُّ إِزَارُهُ وَالْكِبْرِيَاءُ رِدَاؤُهُ فَمَنْ يُنَازِعُنِي عَذَّبْتُهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Sa'id Khudri and Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, said: Glory is His lower garment and Majesty is His cloak and (Allah says, ) He who contends with Me in regard to them I shall torment him

حضرت ابوسعید خدری اور حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، دونون نے کہا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " عزت اللہ عزوجل کا تہبند ہے اور کبریائی اس ( کے کندھوں ) کی چادر ہے ۔ جو شخص ان ( صفات ) کے معاملے میں میرے مدمقابل میں آئے گا ، میں اسے عذاب دوں گا ۔
