Rapporté par Hisham avec la même chaîne de transmission, avec cette précision de Jarir : Hisham ibn Hakim alla voir Umair ibn Sa’d, qui était alors gouverneur en Palestine, et il lui rapporta ce hadith. Umair, respectant les paroles du Prophète ﷺ, ordonna de libérer ces gens, et ils furent relâchés

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ فِي حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ وَأَمِيرُهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ عُمَيْرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَلَى فِلَسْطِينَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ فَحَدَّثَهُ فَأَمَرَ بِهِمْ فَخُلُّوا .
Traduction anglaise
This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Hisham with the same chain of transmitters and he made this addition of Jarir that (Hisham b. Hakim) went to Umair b. Sa'd who was then ruler in Palestine and he narrated to him this hadith and he (submitting before the words of the Prophet) commanded that they should be let off and so they were let off

وکیع ، ابومعاویہ اور جریر سب نے ہشام سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی ، اور جریر کی حدیث میں مزید یہ ہے ، کہا : اور فلسطین پر ان دنوں ان لوگوں کا امیر عمیر بن سعد ( انصاری ) تھا تو وہ ( ہشام رضی اللہ عنہ ) ان کے پاس گئے ، ان کو حدیث سنائی تو انہوں نے ان کے بارے میں حکم دیا ، چنانچہ ان کو چھوڑ دیا گیا ۔
