كتاب فضائل الصحابة
Rapporté par Abou Moussa رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Je reconnais la voix des Ash‘arites lorsqu’ils récitent le Coran la nuit, et je reconnais leur campement à leur récitation nocturne, même si je ne vois pas où ils s’installent pendant la journée. Parmi eux, il y a un homme nommé Hakim : quand il rencontre des cavaliers ou des ennemis, il leur dit : “Mes amis vous demandent de les attendre.” »

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا بُرَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنِّي لأَعْرِفُ أَصْوَاتَ رُفْقَةِ الأَشْعَرِيِّينَ بِالْقُرْآنِ حِينَ يَدْخُلُونَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَأَعْرِفُ مَنَازِلَهُمْ مِنْ أَصْوَاتِهِمْ بِالْقُرْآنِ بِاللَّيْلِ وَإِنْ كُنْتُ لَمْ أَرَ مَنَازِلَهُمْ حِينَ نَزَلُوا بِالنَّهَارِ وَمِنْهُمْ حَكِيمٌ إِذَا لَقِيَ الْخَيْلَ - أَوْ قَالَ الْعَدُوَّ - قَالَ لَهُمْ إِنَّ أَصْحَابِي يَأْمُرُونَكُمْ أَنْ تَنْظُرُوهُمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Musa reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:I recognise the voice of the Ash'arites while they recite the Qur'an as they arrive during the night and I also recognise their station from the recital of the Qur'an during the night time, although I have not seen their encampments as they encamp during the day time. And there is a person amongst them, Hakim; when he encounters the horsemen or the enemies he says to them: My friends command you to wait for them
Traduction en ourdou
ابو بردہ نے حضرت ابو موسیٰ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " اشعری رفقاء جب رات کے وقت گھروں میں داخل ہو تے ہیں تو میں ان کے قرآن مجید پڑھنے کی آواز کو پہچان لیتا ہوں اور رات کو ان کے قرآن پڑھنے کی آواز سے ان کے گھروں کو بھی پہچان لیتا ہوں ، چاہے دن میں ان کے اپنے گھروں میں آنے کے وقت میں نے ان کے گھروں کو نہ دیکھا ہو ۔ ان میں سے ایک حکیم ( حکمت و دانائی والاشخص ) ہے جب وہ گھڑسواروں ۔ ۔ ۔ یا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : دشمنوں ۔ ۔ ۔ سے ملا قات کرتا ہے تو ان سے کہتا ہے ۔ میرے ساتھی تمھیں حکم دے رہے ہیں کہ تم ان کا انتظار کرو ۔
