Hadith 6384 — Livre 44: The Book of the Merits of the Companions
كتاب فضائل الصحابة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Omar رضي الله عنه passa devant Hassan alors qu’il récitait des vers dans la mosquée. Omar le regarda d’un air significatif, et Hassan répondit : « Je récitais déjà des vers alors qu’un meilleur que toi (le Prophète ﷺ) était présent ici. » Puis il se tourna vers Abu Huraira et lui dit : « Je t’adjure par Allah, n’as-tu pas entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : “Hassan, réponds en mon nom ; ô Allah, aide-le avec l’Esprit Saint.” » Abu Huraira répondit : « Par Allah, c’est vrai, le Prophète a bien dit cela. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو النَّاقِدُ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ عَمْرٌو حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ، مَرَّ بِحَسَّانَ وَهُوَ يُنْشِدُ الشِّعْرَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَلَحَظَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ قَدْ كُنْتُ أُنْشِدُ وَفِيهِ مَنْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ مِنْكَ . ثُمَّ الْتَفَتَ إِلَى أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فَقَالَ أَنْشُدُكَ اللَّهَ أَسَمِعْتَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " أَجِبْ عَنِّي اللَّهُمَّ أَيِّدْهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ " . قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ نَعَمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported that 'Umar happened to pass by Hassan as he was reciting verses in the mosque. He (Hadrat 'Umar) looked towards him (meaningfully), whereupon he (gassin) said:I used to recite (verses) when one better than you (the Holy Prophet) had been present (here). He then looked towards Abu Huraira and said to him: I adjure you by Allah (to tell) if you had not heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: (Hassan), give a reply on my behalf; Allah I help him with Ruh-ul-Qudus. He (Abu Huraira) said: By Allah, it is so (i. e. the Prophet actually said these words)
Traduction en ourdou
سفیان بن عیینہ نے زہری سے ، انھوں نے سعید ( بن مسیب ) سے ، انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی ، کہ سیدنا عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ سیدنا حسان رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس سے گزرے اور وہ مسجد میں شعر پڑھ رہے تھے ( معلوم ہوا کہ اشعار جو اسلام کی تعریف اور کافروں کی برائی یا جہاد کی ترغیب میں ہو مسجد میں پڑھنا درست ہے ) ۔ سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان کی طرف ( غصہ سے ) دیکھا ۔ سیدنا حسان رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا کہ میں تو مسجد میں ( اس وقت بھی ) شعر پڑھتا تھا جب تم سے بہتر شخص ( یعنی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) موجود تھے ۔ پھر سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی طرف دیکھا اور کہا کہ میں تمہیں اللہ کی قسم دیتا ہوں کہ تم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہے؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے تھے کہ اے حسان! میری طرف سے جواب دے ، اے اللہ اس کی روح القدس ( جبرائیل علیہ السلام ) سے مدد کر ۔ سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا ہاں میں نے سنا ہے یا اللہ تو جانتا ہے ۔
