Hadith 6307 — Livre 44: The Book of the Merits of the Companions
كتاب فضائل الصحابة
Rapporté par Miswar ibn Makhrama رضي الله عنه : Il a entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire, alors qu’il était assis sur le minbar : « Les fils de Hicham ibn Mughira m’ont demandé la permission de marier leur fille à Ali ibn Abi Talib (il s’agit de la fille d’Abou Jahl, pour laquelle Ali avait fait une demande en mariage). Mais je ne le permettrai pas, je ne le permettrai pas, je ne le permettrai pas ! (La seule solution serait) qu’Ali divorce de ma fille, puis épouse leur fille. Car ma fille fait partie de moi. Celui qui la blesse me blesse, et celui qui lui fait du tort me fait du tort. »

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يُونُسَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، قَالَ ابْنُ يُونُسَ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ الْقُرَشِيُّ التَّيْمِيُّ، أَنَّحَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ، سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ " إِنَّ بَنِي هِشَامِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ اسْتَأْذَنُونِي أَنْ يُنْكِحُوا ابْنَتَهُمْ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَلاَ آذَنُ لَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ آذَنُ لَهُمْ ثُمَّ لاَ آذَنُ لَهُمْ إِلاَّ أَنْ يُحِبَّ ابْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَ ابْنَتِي وَيَنْكِحَ ابْنَتَهُمْ فَإِنَّمَا ابْنَتِي بَضْعَةٌ مِنِّي يَرِيبُنِي مَا رَابَهَا وَيُؤْذِينِي مَا آذَاهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Miswar b. Makhramali reported that he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say, as he sat on the pulpit:The sons of Hisham b. Mughira have asked my permission to marry their daughter with 'Ali b. Abi Talib (that refers to the daughter of Abu Jahl for whom 'All had sent a proposal for marriage). But I would not allow them, I would not allow them, I would not allow them (and the only alternative possible is) that 'Ali should divorce my daughter (and then marry their daughter), for my daughter is part of me. He who disturbs her in fact disturbs me and he who offends her offends me

لیث بن سعد نے کہا : ہمیں عبد اللہ بن عبید اللہ بن ابی ملیکہ قرشی تیمی نے حدیث بیان کی کہ حضرت مسوربن مخرمہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے انھیں حدیث سنائی ، انھوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے منبر پر یہ سنا ، آپ فر ما رہت تھے : " بنو ہشام بن مغیرہ نےمجھ سے اجازت چا ہی ہے کہ وہ اپنی بیٹی کی شادی علی بن ابی طالب سے کردیں ، میں انھیں اس کی اجازت نہیں دیتا ، پھر میں انھیں اس کی اجازت نہیں دیتا ، پھر میں انھیں اس کی اجازت نہیں دیتا ، الایہ کہ ابن ابی طالب پسند کرے تو میری بیٹی کو طلا ق دے دے اور ان کی بیٹی سے شادی کر لے کیونکہ میری بیٹی میرے جسم کا حصہ ہے جو چیز اسے پریشان کرے وہ مجھے پریشان کرتی ہے ۔ جو چیز اس کو ایذا دے وہ مجھے ایذا دیتی ہے ۔
