Hadith 6190 — Livre 44: The Book of the Merits of the Companions
كتاب فضائل الصحابة
Rapporté par Hamza ibn Abdullah ibn Umar ibn al-Khattab, d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Pendant que je dormais, j’ai vu (en rêve) qu’on me présentait une coupe de lait. J’en ai bu jusqu’à voir la fraîcheur du lait se refléter sur mes ongles. Puis j’ai donné ce qui restait à Umar ibn al-Khattab. Ils ont dit : ‘Ô Messager d’Allah, comment l’interprètes-tu ?’ Il a dit : ‘C’est la connaissance.’ »

حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " بَيْنَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ إِذْ رَأَيْتُ قَدَحًا أُتِيتُ بِهِ فِيهِ لَبَنٌ فَشَرِبْتُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى إِنِّي لأَرَى الرِّيَّ يَجْرِي فِي أَظْفَارِي ثُمَّ أَعْطَيْتُ فَضْلِي عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ " . قَالُوا فَمَا أَوَّلْتَ ذَلِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ " الْعِلْمَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Hamza b. Abdullah b. 'Umar b. Khattab reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:While I was asleep I saw (in a dream) a cup containing milk being presented to me. I took out of that until I perceived freshness being reflected through my nails. Then I presented the leftover to 'Umar b. Khattab. They said: Allah's Messenger: How do you interpret it? He said: This implies knowledge
Traduction en ourdou
یو نس نے کہا : کہ ابن شہاب نے انھیں بتا یا ، انھوں نےحمزہ بن عبد اللہ بن عمربن خطاب سے روایت کی ، انھوں نے اپنے والد سے انھوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : " میں سویا ہوا تھا کہ میں نے ایک پیا لہ دیکھا جو میرے پاس لا یا گیا ۔ اس میں دودھ تھا ۔ میں نے اس میں سے پیا یہاں تک کہ مجھے محسوس ہوا کہ سیرابی میرے ناخنوں سے نکل رہی ہے ۔ پھر اپنا بچا ہوا دودھ میں نے عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو دے دیا ۔ " ( حاضرین نے ) کہا : اللہ کے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! آپ نے اس کی کیا تعبیر فر ما ئی ؟آپ نے فرما یا : " علم ۔
