Rapporté par Amir b. Sa’d d’après son père رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le plus grand pécheur parmi les musulmans est celui qui pose une question au sujet d’une chose qui n’était pas interdite, et qui, à force d’insister, la voit interdite à cause de lui. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ، سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ جُرْمًا مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ شَىْءٍ لَمْ يُحَرَّمْ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَحُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ أَجْلِ مَسْأَلَتِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Amir b. Sa'd reported on the authority of his father that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said:The greatest sinner amongst the Muslims is one who asked about a thing (from Allah's Apostle) which had not been forbidden for the Muslims and it was forbidden for them because of his persistently asking about it
Traduction en ourdou
ابرا ہیم بن سعد نے ابن شہاب سے ، انھوں نے عامر بن سعد سے انھوں نے اپنے والد سے روایت کی ، کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " مسلمانوں کے حق میں مسلمانوں میں سے سب سے بڑا جرم وار وہ شخص ہے جو کسی ایسی چیز کے بارےمیں سوال کرے جو حرام نہیں کی گئی تو اس کے سوال کی بنا پر اسے حرا م کر دیا جائے ۔
