Hadith 989 — Livre 4: The Book of Prayers
كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Umar رضي الله عنه : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « N’empêchez pas vos femmes d’aller à la mosquée quand elles vous demandent la permission. » Bilal ibn Abdullah a dit : « Par Allah, nous allons sûrement les en empêcher. » En entendant cela, Abdullah ibn Umar se tourna vers lui et le réprimanda plus sévèrement que jamais. Il lui dit : « Je te rapporte ce qui vient du Messager d’Allah ﷺ, et toi, tu oses dire : “Par Allah, nous allons sûrement les en empêcher.” »

حَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ تَمْنَعُوا نِسَاءَكُمُ الْمَسَاجِدَ إِذَا اسْتَأْذَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْهَا " . قَالَ فَقَالَ بِلاَلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَاللَّهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ . قَالَ فَأَقْبَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَسَبَّهُ سَبًّا سَيِّئًا مَا سَمِعْتُهُ سَبَّهُ مِثْلَهُ قَطُّ وَقَالَ أُخْبِرُكَ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَتَقُولُ وَاللَّهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ .
Traduction anglaise
Abdullah b. Umar reported:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) say: Don't prevent your women from going to the mosque when they seek your permission. Bilal b. 'Abdullah said: By Allah, we shall certainly prevent them. On this'Abdullah b. Umar turned towards him and reprimanded him to harshly as I had never heard him do before. He ('Abdullah b. Umar) said: I am narrating to you that which comes from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and you (have the audicity) to say: By Allah, we shall certainly prevent them
Traduction en ourdou
یونس نے ابن شہاب ( زہری ) سے روایت کی ، کہا : مجھے سالم بن عبد اللہ نے خبر دی کہ حضرت عبد اللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا : میں نے رسول اللہﷺ سے سنا ، آپ فرما رہے تھے : ’’ اپنی عورتوں کو جب وہ تم سے مسجدوں میں جانے کی اجازت طلب کریں تو انہیں ( وہاں جانے سے ) نہ روکو ۔ ‘ ‘ ( سالم نے ) کہا : تو ( ابن عمر کے دوسرے بیٹے ) بلال بن عبد اللہ نے کہا : اللہ کی قسم! ہم تو ان کو ضرور روکیں گے ۔ اس پرحضرت عبد اللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کی طرف رخ کیا اور اس کو سخت برا بھلا کہا ، میں نے انہیں کبھی ( کسی کو ) اتنا برا بھلا کہتے نہیں سنا اور کہا : میں تمہیں رسول اللہﷺ کا فرمان بتا رہا ہوں اور تم کہتے ہو : اللہ کی قسم! ہم انہیں ضرور روکیں گے ۔
