Hadith 856 — Livre 4: The Book of Prayers
كتاب الصلاة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quand Satan entend l’appel à la prière, il s’enfuit et fait du bruit pour ne pas entendre l’appel. Mais quand l’appel est terminé, il revient et perturbe ceux qui prient. Quand il entend l’Iqama, il s’enfuit à nouveau pour ne pas entendre, puis quand c’est fini, il revient et perturbe ceux qui sont debout pour la prière. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لِقُتَيْبَةَ - قَالَ إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرَانِ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ إِذَا سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ بِالصَّلاَةِ أَحَالَ لَهُ ضُرَاطٌ حَتَّى لاَ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتَهُ فَإِذَا سَكَتَ رَجَعَ فَوَسْوَسَ فَإِذَا سَمِعَ الإِقَامَةَ ذَهَبَ حَتَّى لاَ يَسْمَعَ صَوْتَهُ فَإِذَا سَكَتَ رَجَعَ فَوَسْوَسَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:When Satan hears the call to prayer, he turns back and breaks the wind so as not to hear the call being made, but when the call is finished he turns round and distracts (the minds of those who pray), and when he hears the Iqama, he again runs away so as not to hear its voice and when it subsides, he comes back and distracts (the minds of those who stand for prayer)
Traduction en ourdou
۔ اعمش نے ابو صالح سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ نبی اکرمﷺ نے فرمایا : شیطان جب نماز کے لیے پکار ( کی آواز ) سنتا ہے تو گوز مارتا ہوا بھاگتا ہے تاکہ مؤذن کی آواز نہ سن سکے ، پھر جب مؤذن خاموش ہو جاتا ہے تو واپس آ تا ہے اور ( نمازیوں کے دلوں میں ) وسوسہ پیدا ےکرتا ہے ، پھر جب اقامت سنتا ہے تو چلا جاتا ہے تاکہ اس کی آواز نہ سنے ، پھر جب وہ خاموش ہو جاتا ہے تو واپس آتا ہے اور ( لوگوں کے دلوں میں ) وسوسہ ڈالتا ہے ۔ ‘ ‘
