Hadith 5689 — Livre 39: The Book of Greetings
كتاب السلام
Rapporté par Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Quand l’un d’entre vous se lève, et dans le hadith transmis par Abu ‘Awina, il est dit : “Celui qui se lève de sa place (et s’en va) puis revient, a le plus grand droit de s’y asseoir.” »

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، وَقَالَ، قُتَيْبَةُ أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ " . وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ " مَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:When anyone amongst you stands up, and in the badltb transmitted on the authority of Abu 'Awina, the words are:" He who stands in his place and (goes away) and then comes back to it, he his the greatest right (to occupy that)
Traduction en ourdou
ابو عوانہ اور عبد العزیز بن محمد دونوں نے سہیل سے ، انھوں نے اپنے والد سے ، انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : " جب تم میں سے کو ئی شخص کھڑا ہو " اور ابوعوانہ کی حدیث میں ہے " جب تم میں سے کو ئی شخص اپنی جگہ سے کھڑا ہو ۔ پھر اس جگہ لوٹ آئے تو وہی اس ( جگہ ) کا زیادہ حقدارہے ۔ ۔
