Hadith 5352 — Livre 36: The Book of Drinks
كتاب الأشربة
Rapporté par Jabir b. Abdullah : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a demandé à sa famille s’il y avait un condiment. Ils ont répondu : « Nous n’avons que du vinaigre. » Il en a demandé, a commencé à en manger, puis a dit : « Le vinaigre est un bon condiment, le vinaigre est un bon condiment. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم سَأَلَ أَهْلَهُ الأُدُمَ فَقَالُوا مَا عِنْدَنَا إِلاَّ خَلٌّ . فَدَعَا بِهِ فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ بِهِ وَيَقُولُ " نِعْمَ الأُدُمُ الْخَلُّ نِعْمَ الأُدُمُ الْخَلُّ " .
Traduction anglaise
Jabir b. 'Abdullah reported that Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) asked his family for condiment. They (the members of his household) said:We have nothing with us but vinegar. He asked for it, he began to eat it, and then said: Vinegar is a good condiment, vinegar is a good condiment
Traduction en ourdou
ابو بشر نے ابو سفیان ( طلحہ بن نافع ) سے انھوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبد اللہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنے گھر والوں سے سالن کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انھوں نے کہا : ہمارے پاس تو صرف سرکہ ہے آپ نے سرکہ منگایا اور اسی کے ساتھ روٹی کھا نا شروع کردی ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرما رہے تھے ۔ " سرکہ عمدہ سالن ہے سرکہ عمدہ سالن ہے ۔
