Hadith 5126 — Livre 35: The Book of Sacrifices
كتاب الأضاحي
Rapporté par Abu Tufail : On a demandé à ‘Ali si le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui avait accordé une faveur spéciale en lui révélant un secret caché aux autres. Il a répondu : « Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ ne nous a rien confié de secret qu’il n’ait pas rendu public, sauf ce qui se trouve dans la gaine de mon épée. » Il a alors sorti un document écrit où il était mentionné : « Qu’Allah maudisse celui qui sacrifie pour autre qu’Allah ; qu’Allah maudisse celui qui vole les repères délimitant les terrains ; qu’Allah maudisse celui qui maudit son père ; et qu’Allah maudisse celui qui protège un innovateur (dans la religion). »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لاِبْنِ الْمُثَنَّى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ أَبِي بَزَّةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ، قَالَ سُئِلَ عَلِيٌّ أَخَصَّكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَىْءٍ فَقَالَ مَا خَصَّنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَىْءٍ لَمْ يَعُمَّ بِهِ النَّاسَ كَافَّةً إِلاَّ مَا كَانَ فِي قِرَابِ سَيْفِي هَذَا - قَالَ - فَأَخْرَجَ صَحِيفَةً مَكْتُوبٌ فِيهَا " لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ ذَبَحَ لِغَيْرِ اللَّهِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ سَرَقَ مَنَارَ الأَرْضِ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ لَعَنَ وَالِدَهُ وَلَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ آوَى مُحْدِثًا " .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Tufail reported:'Ali was asked whether Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had showed special favour (by disclosing to him) a thing (which he kept secret from others). Thereupon he said: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) singled us not for (disclosing to us) anything (secret) which he did not make public, (but those few things) which lie in the sheath of my sword. He drew out the written document contained in it and on that (it was mentioned): Allah cursed him who sacrificed for anyone else besides Allah; and Allah cursed him who stole the signposts (demarcating the boundary lines of the) land; and Allah cursed him who cursed his father; and Allah cursed him who accommodated an innovator (in religion)

شعبہ نے کہا : میں نے قاسم بن ابی بزہ کو ابو طفیل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے حدیث بیان کرتے ہو ئے سنا کہا : حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے یہ سوال کیا گیا : کیا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے خصوصی طور پر کو ئی چیز آپ کو عطا فرمائی ؟ حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہمیں کو ئی چیز خاص ہمارے لیے نہیں بتا ئی جو آپ نے تمام لوگوں میں عام نہ کی ہو ۔ البتہ میری اس تلوار کی نیام میں کچھ احکا م ہیں ۔ پھر آپ نے ایک صحیفہ نکا لا جس میں لکھا ہوا تھا : " جو شخص غیر اللہ کے لیے ذبح کرے اس پر اللہ لعنت کرے اور جو شخص زمین کی ( حد بندی کی ) نشانی چرا ئے اللہ اس پر لعنت کرے اور جو شخص اپنے والد پر لعنت کرے اللہ اس پر لعنت کرے ، اور جو شخص کسی بدعتی کو پناہ دے اللہ اس پر لعنت کرے ۔
