Hadith 5070 — Livre 35: The Book of Sacrifices
كتاب الأضاحي
Rapporté par Al-Bara’ ibn Azib : Son oncle maternel, Abu Burda ibn Niyar, a sacrifié son animal avant que le Prophète ﷺ ne fasse le sien. Il a dit : « Ô Messager d’Allah, c’est le jour de la viande, et il n’est pas souhaitable de faire attendre ma famille, alors j’ai sacrifié tôt pour nourrir ma famille, mes voisins et mes proches. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui a dit : « Refais ton sacrifice. » Il a répondu : « Ô Messager d’Allah, je n’ai qu’une petite chèvre laitière de moins d’un an, mais elle est meilleure que deux chèvres maigres. » Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Elle est meilleure que deux animaux de sacrifice pour toi, mais après toi, le sacrifice d’une chèvre de moins de six mois ne sera pas accepté pour personne. »

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، أَنَّ خَالَهُ أَبَا بُرْدَةَ بْنَ نِيَارٍ، ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ النَّبِيُّ، صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ هَذَا يَوْمٌ اللَّحْمُ فِيهِ مَكْرُوهٌ وَإِنِّي عَجَّلْتُ نَسِيكَتِي لأُطْعِمَ أَهْلِي وَجِيرَانِي وَأَهْلَ دَارِي . فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَعِدْ نُسُكًا " . فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ عِنْدِي عَنَاقَ لَبَنٍ هِيَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ شَاتَىْ لَحْمٍ . فَقَالَ " هِيَ خَيْرُ نَسِيكَتَيْكَ وَلاَ تَجْزِي جَذَعَةٌ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Al-Bara' b. 'Azib reported that his maternal'uncle Abu Burda b. Niyar sacrificed his animal earlier than the Prophet (ﷺ) had sacrificed. Thereupon he said:Apostle of Allah, it is the day of meat and it is not desirable (to have longing for it and not to make use of it immediately), so I hastened in offering my animal as a sacrifice, so that I might feed my family and neighbours and my kith and kin. Thereupon Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Offer again your sacrifice. He said: Messenger of Allah, I have a small milch goat of less than one year, and that is better than two dry goats (from which only) meat (can be acquired). Thereupon he said: That is better than the two animals of sacrifice on your behalf, and the sacrifice of a goat, of less than six months shall not be accepted as a sacrifice on behalf of anyone after your (sacrifice)
Traduction en ourdou
ہشیم نے داود سے ، انھوں نے ( عامر ) شعبی سے ، انھوں نے حضرت براء بن عازب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ ان کے ماموں حضرت ابو بردہ بن نیار رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ذبح کرنے سے پہلے قربانی کا جانور ذبح کردیا اور کہنے لگے : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ! یہ وہ دن ہے جس میں گوشت سے دل بھر جاتاہے ۔ ( اور اس کی چاہت باقی نہیں ر ہتی ) اور میں نے اپنے بچوں ، ہمسایوں اور گھروالوں ( کو کھلانے ) کےلیے قربانی کا جانور جلدی ذبح کردیاہے ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کوئی اور ( جانور ) ذبح کرو ۔ " انھوں نےکہا : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم میرے پاس ایک سالہ دودھ پیتی ( کھیری ) بکری ہے ۔ وہ گوشت والی دو بکریوں سے بہتر ہے ۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " یہ تمہاری بہترین قربانی ہے ( تم اسی کی قربانی کرلو ) اور تمہارے بعد کسی کی طرف سے بھی ایک سالہ بکری کی قربانی کافی نہیں ہوگی ۔
