Rapporté par Abu Tha’laba al-Khushani رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de manger toutes les bêtes ayant des crocs. Ibn Shihab a dit : Je n’ai pas entendu cela de nos savants du Hijaz, jusqu’à ce qu’Abu Idris me le raconte, et il était l’un des juristes de Syrie

وَحَدَّثَنِي حَرْمَلَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيَّ، يَقُولُ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ . قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عُلَمَائِنَا بِالْحِجَازِ حَتَّى حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِدْرِيسَ وَكَانَ مِنْ فُقَهَاءِ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu Tha'laba al-Khushani reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) prohibited the eating of all fanged beasts. Ibn Shihab said:I did not bear of this from our 'Ulama' in the Hijaz, until Abu Idris narrated that to me and he was one of the jurists of Syria

یونس نے ابن شہاب سے ، انہوں نے ابو ادریس خولانی سے روایت کی کہ انہوں نے حضرت ابو ثعلبہ خشنی رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا : نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہر کچلی والے درندے کو کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے ۔ ابن شہاب زہری نے کہا : ہم نے حجاز میں اپنے علماء سے یہ حدیث نہیں سنی تھی ۔ یہاں تک کہ ابو ادریس نے ، جو شام کے فقہاء میں سے ہیں ، مجھے یہ حدیث بیان کی ۔
