Hadith 4762 — Livre 33: The Book on Government
كتاب الإمارة
Rapporté par Yahya b. Husain, qui a appris cette tradition de sa grand-mère, Umm Husain : Il a dit : Je l’ai entendue dire : J’ai accompli le Hajjat-ul-Wada’ en compagnie du Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Il a dit beaucoup de choses à cette occasion. Puis je l’ai entendu dire : « Si un esclave infirme est nommé chef sur vous » — le narrateur précise : je crois qu’elle a dit : « un esclave noir » — « et qu’il vous dirige selon le Livre d’Allah, alors écoutez-le et obéissez-lui. »

وَحَدَّثَنِي سَلَمَةُ بْنُ شَبِيبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَعْيَنَ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْقِلٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي، أُنَيْسَةَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ الْحُصَيْنِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُهَا تَقُولُ، حَجَجْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَجَّةَ الْوَدَاعِ - قَالَتْ - فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَوْلاً كَثِيرًا ثُمَّ سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ " إِنْ أُمِّرَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَبْدٌ مُجَدَّعٌ - حَسِبْتُهَا قَالَتْ - أَسْوَدُ يَقُودُكُمْ بِكِتَابِ اللَّهِ فَاسْمَعُوا لَهُ وَأَطِيعُوا " .
Traduction anglaise
It has been narrated on the authority of Yahya b. Husain who learnt the tradition from his grandmother. Umm Husain. He said':I heard her say: I performed Hajjat-ul-Wada' in the company of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He said a lot of things (on this occasion). Then I heard him say: If a maimed slave is appointed a commander over you the narrator says: I think she said:" a black stave" who leads you according to the Book of Allah, then listen to him and obey him

زید بن ابی انیسہ نے یحییٰ بن حصین سے ، انہوں نے اپنی دادی حضرت ام حصین رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت کی کہ میں نے انہیں کہتے ہوئے سنا : میں نے حجۃ الوداع میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ حج کیا ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بہت سی باتیں ارشاد فرمائیں ، پھر میں نے آپ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا : " اگر تم پر ایک کٹے ہوئے اعضاء والا غلام ، میرا گمان ہے آپ نے " کالا " بھی کہا ، حاکم بنا دیا جائے اور وہ تم کو کتاب اللہ کے مطابق چلائے تو اس کی بات سنو اور اطاعت کرو
