Hadith 4597 — Livre 32: The Book of Jihad and Expeditions
كتاب الجهاد والسير
Rapporté par Abou Sa‘id al-Khudri رضي الله عنه : Par la même chaîne de transmetteurs, Shu‘ba a rapporté la même tradition, où il dit que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit à Sa‘d : « Tu as jugé selon le commandement d’Allah. » Et une fois, il a dit : « Tu as jugé selon la décision d’un roi. »

Texte arabe original
وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَقَدْ حَكَمْتَ فِيهِمْ بِحُكْمِ اللَّهِ " . وَقَالَ مَرَّةً " لَقَدْ حَكَمْتَ بِحُكْمِ الْمَلِكِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Through the same chain of transmitters Shu'ba has narrated the same tradition in which he says that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said (to Sa'd):You have adjudged according to the command of God. And once he said: you have adjudged by the decision of a king

عبدالرحمان بن مہدی نے شعبہ سے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی اور انہوں نے اپنی حدیث میں کہا : تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " تم نے ان کے بارے میں اللہ کے حکم کے مطابق فیصلہ کیا ہے ۔ " اور ایک بار فرمایا : " تم نے ( حقیقی ) بادشاہ ( اللہ ) کے فیصلے کے مطابق فیصلہ کیا ہے
